Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a QA Coordinator to supervise quality across dispatchers, warehouse staff, and drivers. You will ensure the Quality Manual is followed, manage quality systems and CAPA, and coordinate internal and external audits to uphold high standards.

You will work with senior and middle management, lead cross-functional teams, and draft QA documents while maintaining deadlines and accuracy in all quality-related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills and data handling capability.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Experience interacting with senior/middle management and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Quality management programs (ISO, GDP, GMP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the Quality Manual.
• Manage quality systems and processes.
• Assess efficiency and applicability of the QA system.
• Draft documents related to quality assurance.
• Manage flow of incidents and non-conformities.
• Monitor CAPA activities.
• Perform internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Manage staff training programs.
• Prepare annual management review.
• Oversee all Quality Department operations and documents.
• Manage Change Control.
• Recommend changes to working processes.

Your Responsibilities as QA Coordinator :

• Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual
• Managing the quality systems
• Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system
• Drafting documents relating to quality assurance
• Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities
• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits
• Managing staff training
• Preparing the annual management reviewl
• Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents
• Managing Change Control
• Recommending changes to working processes

Your Profile as QA Coordinator :

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus
• Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx, GDP, GMP).
• Good knowledge in general business processes
• Very good reporting skills
• Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines
• Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude
