Job summary

Greenteamseurope in the Netherlands seeks an experienced professional to support PV and BESS operations, ensuring safe, efficient maintenance and timely project delivery. You will act as the link between planning, execution and external partners to build comprehensive work packages and accurate offers.

You will coordinate with planning, monitoring, field teams and suppliers, translate Scope 12 reports into repair packages, and develop templates for standard solutions.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level with electrical/energy engineering background.
• Experience in PV O&M, work preparation, service or commissioning.
• Affinity with BESS and electrotechnical safety.
• Experience with suppliers, subcontractors and field engineers.
• Strong in structure, planning and technical analysis.
• Proactive, communicative, hands-on, quality- and safety-conscious (LOTO a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build complete work packages including scope, description, LOTO, materials, hours, planning.
• Gather and process missing project information.
• Coordinate with planning, monitoring, field teams and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are fully ready to execute.
• Draw up cost calculations (hours, materials, equipment, third parties).
• Develop quotations based on realistic pricing and post-calculations.
• Align with execution for feasible, accurate offers.
• Contribute to profitable choices with commercial insight.
