Job summary

Greenteamseurope in Apeldoorn is seeking a Technical Asset Manager to own the technical operation of our PV and BESS assets during their active phase. You translate field results into actionable maintenance plans and improvements, serving as the primary technical contact for clients.

Qualifications

• HBO level in Electrical or Energy engineering.
• Experience with the technical management of PV and/or BESS assets in their operational phase.
• Strong in root cause analysis and in turning data into concrete actions.
• Experience drawing up maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, condition-based).
• A strong communicator: you explain the technology without watering it down.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the technical intake of new assets.
• Check as-built documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Map the installation, the configuration and the critical components.
• Record the technical baselines and the risks.
• Draw up the maintenance strategy (preventive, corrective, condition-based).
• Determine which maintenance and repair actions are needed.
• Assess failures and guide the work through root cause analyses.
• Translate data analyses into concrete technical actions.
• Build work packages based on the maintenance plans.
• Hand the work over to Service Coordination.
• Guide complex failures and work on the technical substance.
• Prioritise actions on risk, impact and contract.
• Work out technical solutions for failures and optimisations.
• Calculate repair measures, replacements and upgrades.
• Draw up quotations for the client.
• Align with suppliers on technical solutions and pricing.
• Analyse inspection reports.
• Initiate optimisations and improvement measures.
• Advise on upgrades, retrofits and improvements.
• Be the technical point of contact for our clients.
• Explain performance, failures and solutions.
• Advise on maintenance strategy and optimisation.
• Safeguard the technical quality of our service.
