Job summary

Greenteamseurope is seeking a technical liaison to connect customers with our field service teams. You will answer questions about PV and BESS systems, plan service work, and ensure accurate documentation for customers.

You will schedule maintenance, guide technicians, and maintain up-to-date service records while communicating clearly on progress and next steps. A passion for technology and PV/storage is highly valued.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or higher (technical preferred).
• Passionate about technology.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communicator, on the phone and in writing.
• Affinity with solar PV and battery storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customers’ technical questions about PV and BESS systems.
• Keep customers informed with clear, timely feedback on status and next steps.
• Plan and schedule service and maintenance work.
• Guide and support service technicians in the field.
• Record findings, solutions and agreements accurately in our systems.
• Keep service documentation and customer files complete and up to date.
