Job summary

HLP (Holland Legacy Pump), part of the J. de Jonge Group, seeks a Sales Engineer/Sales Manager to drive sales of pumps, spare parts, and maintenance solutions.

You will advise customers, develop new markets, and nurture long-term relationships, coordinating with the Business Unit Manager on priorities and sales approaches. You will present complete solutions from pumps to service, parts, and maintenance, and participate in national and international trade fairs while meeting targets and

Qualifications

• Completed technical education or comparable practical experience.
• Relevant experience in a technical-commercial role within the industry.
• Strong understanding of pumps, process installations and industrial applications; sales, marketing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and social skills, in Dutch and English. German/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers, develop new markets and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Coordinate priorities and the sales approach with the Business Unit Manager.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate price, delivery time and conditions.
• Attend national and international trade fairs and seminars.
• Record customer contacts and visits and report in the CRM system.
