AFS Group B.V. is seeking talented or aspiring brokers to grow relationships with European corporates, governments, and public/financial institutions. The Public Debt desk handles deposits, CPs, CDs, and other short-term rate products, plus loans, MTNs, and private placements.

The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, identifying client needs, and cross-selling across departments, while leveraging AFS’ product offering and Market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Experience in finance, broking, trading, or complex sales roles is preferred.
• Fluent in German and Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, develop, and expand the Public Sector desk client portfolio with focus on new business and high-potential clients.
• Identify clients’ needs and proactively close deals.
• Look for cross-selling opportunities within AFS Group departments.
• Conduct market research to inform business decisions.
• Specialize in short- and long-term funding and direct lending for sub-sovereign and corporate debt products.
