Job summary

AFS Group's Interest Rates Division in Amsterdam seeks talented brokers to grow relationships with European corporates, governments, and financial institutions, supported by our product suite and network. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Experience in finance, broking, trading, or complex sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing, maintaining, and expanding the Public Sector desk client portfolio, with a focus on new business and high potential clients and markets.
• Identify clients’ needs and proactively act to achieve best-in-market customer satisfaction and close deals.
• Actively looking for new and cross-selling opportunities within AFS Group departments.
• Conduct market research to inform business decisions on trends and client prospects.
• Becoming a sub-sovereign and corporate debt product specialist focusing on funding and direct lending.
• You are eager, energetic, curious and proactive by nature.
