Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department projects impacting expansion and tender development.
• Drive continuous improvement across markets, scaling processes and playbooks.
• Act as liaison between Network Development and other business units to adopt new ways of working.
• Conduct financial and market analyses and translate insights into actionable plans across countries.
• Mentor junior team members and consolidate findings into clear recommendations.
