Michael Page assists a leading Real Estate firm in Amsterdam to hire a Property Accountant. This 5–6 month project offers 55k–67k EUR yearly, with potential extension.

You will maintain property records, manage service charge reconciliations across European portfolios, and support the month-end close. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in property accounting, fluent English, and a strong eye for detail.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Accounting or a similar role.
• Experience with service charge reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate property accounting records and financial reporting.
• Manage service charge reconciliations for portfolios across Europe.
• Support and execute the month-end close process.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with property accountants and cover workload during sickness absence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
• Report to the Property Accounting Supervisor and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and reporting deadlines.
