Michael Page assists a leading Real Estate firm in Amsterdam to hire a Property Accountant. This 5–6 month project offers 55k–67k EUR yearly, with potential extension.

You will maintain property records, manage service charge reconciliations across European portfolios, and support the month-end close. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in property accounting, fluent English, and a strong eye for detail.

A Successful Property Accountant Should Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Accounting or a similar accounting role.
• Experience with service charge reconciliation (servicekosten).
• Solid understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to document workflows and create training materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
