Job summary

Enstall in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager Europe to lead cross-functional product development projects and embed our New Product Development Lifecycle (NPDL) approach.

This role requires ownership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic international environment, with a focus on solar mounting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Approximately 2+ years of project management in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or renewable energy environment.
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 4-5 concurrent product development projects, typically ranging from €500k to €4m in investment.
• Drive projects from concept through development, validation, industrialization and launch.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure clear project governance and transparent progress reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships across functions, teams and countries.
• Own financial visibility across your project portfolio, ensuring robust cost tracking, forecasting and reporting for development projects.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Continuously co-improve processes and ways of working together with PMO department.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and future NPDL rollout activities.

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional new product development projects and play a role in embedding our New Product Development Lifecycle (NPDL) way of working within the organization.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure where needed, and working with diverse teams to make things happen. Someone who naturally takes ownership, builds relationships, and helps others move forward. What matters most is your ability to independently drive projects, collaborate across functions, and deliver results in a dynamic international environment.
