Job summary

WTS Energy seeks a Project Leader to manage medium-voltage installations from quotation through delivery, balancing technical requirements with client relationships and commercial accountability.

You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, prepare cost estimates and budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery within safety and quality standards. Dutch language skills are essential for customer communication.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project management or project coordination within energy/electrical installation sectors.
• Strong electrical engineering knowledge is essential; experience with low-voltage installations in utility environments is relevant.
• Experience with customer relations, quotations, tenders and financial project management.

We design, build and maintain medium-voltage installations and transformer substations, working directly with grid operators and our own technical team.

We're looking for a Project Leader to manage projects from initial quotation to delivery, combining technical knowledge with customer relationship management and commercial responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
• Good command of Dutch.
