Mpac Group's CsI palletising unit in Raamsdonksveer is seeking a technically minded Project Purchaser to join the Procurement team. You will manage procurement for projects, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries.

You should have an HBO/MBO level in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with international procurement experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong ERP/MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking (vocational college/bachelor's degree level).
• Experience within a technical project-based organization.
• Experience with international procurement and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proactive and solution oriented; cost-conscious with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials, components, and services required for project execution.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure prices, delivery times, and terms are stated on purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules and take action on deviations.
• Process and follow up on order confirmations and transport updates.
• Verify documents such as CMRs, packing lists, and invoices.
• Maintain administrative processing of procurement and logistics transactions.
• Develop Excel reports and trackers; identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

With extensive experience in the material handling industry, CSi palletising, based in Raamsdonksveer, is looking for a technically minded Project Purchaser to join our Procurement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of materials, components, and services required for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure materials, components, and services required for project execution
• Place and follow up on purchase orders with CSi Romania and external suppliers
• Ensure that prices, delivery times, and terms and conditions are accurately stated on purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules and take appropriate action in case of deviations.
• Process and follow up on order confirmations.
• Maintain and monitor transport status updates for ongoing projects.
• Verify accompanying documentation such as CMRs, packing lists, and invoices for shipments to and from CSi Romania.
• Ensure accurate administrative processing of procurement and logistics transactions.
• Process and follow up on feedback lists from ongoing projects.
• Maintain various Excel reports and trackers related to procurement, logistics, and financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Initiate and implement process improvements focused on quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking (vocational college/bachelor's degree level)
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (MTS/HTS), Supply Chain Management, or Operational Purchasing
• Experience within a technical project-based organization
• Experience with international procurement and logistics processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proactive and solution oriented
• Cost-conscious with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented with a focus on both internal and external stakeholders
