Overview

In this role, you will lead an integrated lot team in which colleagues from Van Oord Asset Management, Rebel Group and Rijkswaterstaat work together as one team. There is no traditional client - contractor relationship, but rather shared responsibility for results, budget and societal value.

WOUW focuses on the sustainable and efficient maintenance of the floodplains along the major rivers. The task is both clear and complex: safe and natural floodplains for everyone, within a fixed budget and with room for learning, optimisation and innovation.

You are a driven project manager with an eye for people, technology and the environment. You are exceptionally capable of further developing the team to jointly achieve the set objectives in a safe working environment. In addition, you have excellent communication and social skills. As Project Manager Rijntakken, you are integrally responsible for the execution, steering and further development of the lot. You operate in a politically and technically complex environment and move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will:
