Job summary

12Build is seeking an Agentic Automation Test Engineer to own its automated testing platform and CI infrastructure, driving the transition to autonomous AI platforms. The role involves designing test frameworks, managing test data lifecycles, and coaching teams, requiring proven experience in software development or testing and strong communication skills.

The position is remote with a hybrid setup and offers a gross monthly salary between €5,500 and €6,500.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with automated testing platforms and/or software testing.
• Experience designing test frameworks and data lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Design the test framework
• Manage the test data lifecycle
• Build a stable, cross-team smoke suite across NL, BE, DK, DE
• Coach teams to write local E2E tests within the platform
• Collaborate to translate exploratory testing into automated regression coverage
• Calibrate confidence during the shift to autonomous product development
• Structure and safeguard CI testing phases
