Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Engineering within shipbuilding, marine, or offshore engineering.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, outfitting, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience supporting yard-based or dockyard projects.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, outfitting, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, production, and subcontractor teams.
• Fluency in English (Dutch language skills are a strong advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of engineering, production, and subcontractor teams.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, budget, and planning to ensure delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management.
• Help define project organization and assist in allocation of responsibilities across engineering, planning, and production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and class requirements.
• Report to the Project Manager and collaborate with yard and engineering teams.

You will join during the execution phase and play an important role in supporting the project through to delivery and commissioning.
