Job summary

Huisman is seeking a Project Manager Service to lead on-site and global service projects, ensuring technical requirements are met and clients are kept informed. You will coordinate scope, manage safety, financials, and planning with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact service projects worldwide.

The role requires a technical or project management degree and experience in international maritime or offshore projects, plus coaching teams and adaptable, proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Identifying, following up, and mitigating risks or identifying opportunities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Being the first technical point of contact for the client during the project.
• Motivating the assigned teams.
• Traveling to manage service projects on-site.

About The Position

Working as a PM at Huisman means that you are responsible for managing service projects for clients and meeting the agreed (technical) requirements. You take care of the client expectations by adding value to their existing equipment, keeping the customer informed, and ensuring a good information transfer to Huisman disciplines as well as the Field Service Engineers. After the project preparation phase at the office, you will perform on‑site management on a global playfield for bigger service projects. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and, together with a full team of specialists, you will manage safety, financials, planning and technical execution on‑site.
