Job summary

Heuvelman is seeking a Lighting Project Manager to bridge creative lighting design, technology and execution for diverse events and installations. You will coordinate projects from quotation through delivery, translate client needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with designers, engineers and production teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management or senior lighting roles, strong organizational and budgeting skills, and familiarity with lighting control systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager, technical producer or senior lighting technician
• Demonstrable knowledge of professional lighting technology
• Experience within the events, theatre or AV industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Financial insight and experience with project budgets
• Knowledge of lighting control systems, networks and modern lighting equipment
• Experience with Vectorworks or similar design and project software is preferred
• You are stress resistant, solution oriented and decisive

As aLighting Project Manager, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and realization of lighting projects within events, conferences, studios, theatres and fixed installations. You use modern tools and techniques to realize projects in the best possible way. You monitor planning, quality and budgets, and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively.

You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams, and you ensure that every project runs perfectly from both a technical and organisational perspective.
