Job summary

Qualifications

Are you a go-getter who enjoys planning projects from start to finish and providing support wherever needed? We are looking for a driven Project Manager who gets energy from coordinating and successfully delivering challenging projects. You will be part of the Business Unit Enterprise and work in a team with four other Project Managers, alongside cybersecurity professionals delivering projects for our clients.

• Planning and organizing projects
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project administration
• Creating, maintaining and archiving customer and project files and documents
• Processing information in our ERP system
• Organizing meetings
• Creating a positive atmosphere within the team
• Planning and preparing projects, including maintaining up-to-date project administration and ensuring good coordination with the customer
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supporting the planning of training courses and processing customer feedback
• Working with your team and Project Managers from other Business Units to ensure consultants can successfully carry out projects

Требования

• At least higher professional education work and thinking level
• Several years of experience as a project manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills, the ability to handle unexpected problems, and resilience under stress
• Communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English
• You are an excellent organizer, and coordinating and planning activities comes naturally to you
• You can easily switch between different activities, are proactive and have a flexible approach to work
• You work accurately and enjoy guiding projects from end to end, including planning and project administration
• You are a team player with a cheerful personality and a can-do attitude
