  • Promote evidence-based planning and reporting, distinguishing isolated issues from systemic problems
  • Coordinate and manage the improvement backlog raised by Business Operations, Programme Management, Product, and Technology working groups
  • Consolidate working-group requests, clarify underlying problems, assess impact and risk, and prepare items for prioritisation
  • Track actions, decisions, dependencies, and follow-ups across working groups
  • Create a transparent view of improvement demand, priorities, ownership, status, and expected outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration between working-group representatives, PInT, and other stakeholders to progress improvements from problem definition through delivery and adoption
  • Engage and influence stakeholders inside and, where required, outside the organisation
  • Collaborate with business unit partners, corporate support teams, and functional technology teams to drive enterprise strategy execution
  • Build engagement and governance around decisions requiring approval and sign-off
  • Communicate project insights, risks, options, and recommendations across relevant stakeholder groups
  • Align diverse stakeholders, including those up to Director level, across differing priorities and perspectives
  • Translate business needs and operational problems into clear, detailed, actionable technical requirements
