Job summary

Strohm Holding in the Netherlands seeks a Medior Project Manager to lead complex offshore projects from kickoff to delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on PM experience, PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2 certification, and strong leadership. Hybrid work is offered, with a focus on clear client and stakeholder communication and performance-driven results.

Qualifications

As our (Medior) Project Manager at Strohm, you’ll be at the heart of our Project Management Office — delivering complex, high-value projects that shape the future of offshore technology. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams from contract signature to handover, ensuring every project hits its mark: on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality.

You’ll be supported by a talented group of engineers, planners, cost engineers, document controllers, and coordinators — but you’ll set the pace. From the first kickoff to final delivery, you’ll turn plans into performance and strategy into results.

In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of project execution — delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contractual and technical requirements.

What you bring:

• A degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years (medior) of hands‑on project management experience, ideally in fast‑growing or scaling offshore environments.
• Certified in PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills — with the ability to steer multiple complex projects at once.
• A calm hand in the face of change, and a clear eye for priorities.
