Job summary

Strohm is seeking a medior Project Manager to drive complex offshore projects from kickoff to handover. You will lead diverse teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineers, planners, cost engineers and coordinators, turning plans into performance and strategy into results in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in offshore environments.
• Degree in a related field such as business, engineering or economics.
• Certified in PMP, IPMA or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project execution - safely, on schedule, within budget and to requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with clarity and purpose.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive excellence in contract execution, risk control, financing, procurement and QA.

As our (medior) Project Manager at Strohm, you'll be at the heart of our Project Management Office - delivering complex, high-value projects that shape the future of offshore technology. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams from contract signature to handover, ensuring every project hits its mark: on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality.

You'll be supported by a talented group of engineers, planners, cost engineers, document controllers, and coordinators - but you'll set the pace. From the first kickoff to final delivery, you'll turn plans into performance and strategy into results.

In this role, you will:

• Take full ownership of project execution - delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and to contractual and technical requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders - keeping communication seamless and transparent.
• Drive excellence in project management: contract execution, risk control, financial oversight, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for project safety, cost, schedule, quality, and technical integrity.

What you bring:

• A degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years (medior) of hands-on project management experience, ideally in fast-growing or scaling offshore environments.
• Certified in PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills - with the ability to steer multiple complex projects at once.
• A calm hand in the face of change, and a clear eye for priorities.
