Strohm, a leader in offshore technology, is seeking a Medior Project Manager to own project execution from contract signature to handover, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality across complex programs.

Qualifications

• What you bring: a degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years (medior) of hands‑on project management experience, ideally in fast-growing offshore environments.
• Certified in PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills — ability to steer multiple complex projects.
• Calm under change with clear priorities.

As our (Medior) Project Manager at Strohm, you’ll be at the heart of our Project Management Office — delivering complex, high-value projects that shape the future of offshore technology. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams from contract signature to handover, ensuring every project hits its mark: on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of safety and quality.

You’ll be supported by a talented group of engineers, planners, cost engineers, document controllers, and coordinators — but you’ll set the pace. From the first kickoff to final delivery, you’ll turn plans into performance and strategy into results.

In this role, you will:
