Job summary

Munro Tailoring is seeking a Project Management / Marketing Intern to support the Creative team at our Amsterdam headquarters. You’ll assist with the creative process, manage projects, and help prepare content for magazines and the website.

Ideal candidates are an mbo or hbo student in marketing or related studies, fluent in Dutch and English, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently for at least five months starting February 2027.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO student enrolled in related studies (marketing, communications, Business Administration, AMFI, TMO, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible, driven with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Solution-oriented and stress‑resistant in varying workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative team in the entire creative process and carry out operational tasks.
• Set up and execute projects, assist with releases of new products, collections or design options.
• Create and monitor various plans and assist in magazine concept creation.
• Write briefs for mailings to B2B customers and create content for the website.
• Keep the website up-to-date and assist the team where needed.

About the job

As an Project Management / Marketing Intern:

• Support the Creative team in the entire creative process and carry out operational tasks;
• Responsible for setting up and executing projects. For example help with releases of new products, collections or new design options;
• Make and monitor various plans;
• Prepare and assist in creating a magazine concept;
• Write briefs for mailings to B2B customers;
• Create content for the website;
• Help to keep the website up-to-date;
• Help the team where needed.

About you

• You are a mbo (vocational education) or hbo (Bachelor degree) student enrolled in related studies e.g. marketing or communications, Business Administration, AMFI, TMO, etc.
• You have great communication skills;
• You are flexible and driven with an eye for detail;
• You have a proactive mindset – able to work independently and take responsibility;
• You are solution-oriented;
• You are stress resistant and know how to keep an overview in both quiet and busy times;
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written);
• You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027.
