Job summary

Eurus Energy Europe B.V. (EEE) seeks a Project Engineer to lead the construction of wind, solar farms and battery energy storage systems.

You will act as the Owner's technical representative, overseeing EPC contracts and coordinating with internal teams across Europe from Amsterdam. The role requires at least 6 years in utility-scale renewables, strong project management and contractual experience, plus willingness to travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the design, engineering and construction of Projects in Europe and other areas, including Employer's Requirements and contract review.
• Supervise development and execution of the project plan, review baseline programme and monitor progress.
• Manage execution of project specifications and contracts in collaboration with partners and technical advisors.
• Review and approve invoices against contracts and progress.
• Provide regular reporting on expenditures and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Attend scheduled project meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development and engineering teams for support as needed.
• Coordinate with legal to facilitate execution of project contracts.
• Liaise with technical advisors and lenders’ representatives as required.
