Job summary

JOA Air Solutions seeks engineers to connect emissions reduction with major manufacturers across the Netherlands and Europe. You will split time between planned service visits, on-site measurements and troubleshooting, and reporting/consulting, while traveling 25-35% and basing in Delft.

Ideal candidates have 0-5 years’ experience, HBO/BSc level, and a Mechanical/Process/Industrial background. Fluency in English and Dutch language preference are important for client communication and on-site

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience (no junior label, open to early-career engineers)
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical/Process/Industrial Engineering; Electrical/Instrumentation affinity a plus
• English fluent; Dutch highly preferred
• EU work authorisation required

Responsibilities

• Planned service visits and maintenance (approx. 40%)
• Measurements & troubleshooting on-site (approx. 40%) such as airflow, pressure, temperature, humidity, particles, emissions/VOC
• Reporting and consulting (approx. 20%) including debriefing with clients and identifying improvement opportunities
