Job summary

Roll Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Capelle aan den IJssel to translate client requirements into efficient, tailor-made lifting and transport solutions. You will coordinate with engineering, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy lifting/transport engineering.
• Experience with proposals for land projects and regulations for land environments.
• Strong knowledge of lifting/transport calculations and structural calculations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Attend project (kick-off) meetings.
• Lead engineering aspects of projects and coordinate with departments, subcontractors and clients.
• Prepare execution documents (manifests, calculations, risk analyses, drawings).
• Prepare materials/equipment specifications and support on-site.</p>
• Ensure compliance with Roll Group engineering, quality and safety standards.
