Job summary

Multi.engineering is seeking a Heavy Lift Engineer Installation in Delft, Netherlands. The role covers the full cycle from engineering concept and calculations through procedures to offshore execution.

You will develop lift plans, rigging solutions and load-transfer methods, and coordinate with disciplines, crews and clients to ensure successful offshore installations. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in the offshore sector, fluent English, and willingness to travel 3–4 weeks annually.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years project experience in the Offshore sector.
• Experience with offshore contractors, marine/heavy-lift operations or related installation engineering is preferred.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, good communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering concept development and calculations for heavy lift projects offshore.
• Develop lift and installation plans, rigging and load-transfer solutions.
• Prepare calculations, method statements and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with structural/naval disciplines, vessel crews, clients and certification authorities.
• Provide technical support during offshore execution.
