Draftsman

Position

As a Draftsman, you create graphic and shop drawings and verify the technical feasibility of engineering work. Your timely, high‑quality output ensures safe project execution and satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear and accurate engineering drawings, including lifting and transport drawings for project execution.
• Generate structural shop drawings derived from calculations.
• Create drawings and designs to support the Fleet department.
• Ensure accurate document control by managing revisions and drawing lists.
• Monitor project progress and record scope changes.
• Provide insights that support thorough project evaluations.
• Enhance and share innovative in‑house drafting tools.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO, e.g. Constructor or Mechanical Engineering) or a relevant Bachelor (HBO) degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A team player with a flexible attitude.
• Comfortable working in an international and operational environment.
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
