Zusammenfassung

TNO in The Hague is seeking a Project Controller to support a large portfolio of innovative research projects. You will advise on budgets, performance and financial implications, review proposals and contracts, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

You will help professionalise Finance & Control, develop management information, and apply data analytics and AI to improve processes. The role is based in The Hague with flexible working options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's HBO degree in Business Economics, Accountancy, Controlling, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a (project) control position.
• Affinity with digitalisation, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
• Excellent command of Dutch (C1) and English.

Aufgaben

• Support a broad portfolio of ~80 projects with monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Advise project leaders on budgets, performance and financial implications of decisions.
• Review proposals, quotations, cost calculations, and contracts.
• Identify opportunities and risks early and translate financial information into practical insights.
• Contribute to professionalisation of Finance & Control with new processes and analytics.
