IMPROVEN in the Netherlands, Utrecht-based, is looking for a Finance & Control Consultant who will drive financial insight and improvement for leading clients. You connect data, processes and strategy, advising management from day one and translating analyses into concrete actions.

You combine analytical thinking with practical execution, strengthening financial control, reporting and performance management while working closely with controllers, stakeholders and data specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance, consultancy or project management.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at management level.
• Curious, proactive and able to take ownership from analysis to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial insight and improvement at client organisations.
• Analyse financial data, optimise processes and strengthen control.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for performance management.
• Advise stakeholders and act as sparring partner for management and board of directors.
• Translate complex financial issues into concrete, implementable solutions.
• Collaborate with controllers, business stakeholders and data specialists.
