Job summary

Fokker Services Group in Woensdrecht seeks a Project Manager AMRO to drive airframe maintenance projects from planning and budgeting to technical performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of professionals across docks and hangars, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with customers and aviation authorities.

Qualifications

• IPMA-C certification and relevant technical background in aircraft maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in production planning and project control within the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA Part-145 regulations.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust operational plan based on customer requirements.
• Set up a well-structured work organization to execute projects efficiently.
• Lead project and production kick-offs, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives and coordinate meetings.
• Translate project changes into actionable plans and manage workloads accordingly.
• Monitor progress in terms of schedule, budget, technical accuracy, and quality.
• Drive problem-solving and initiate improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with SHEQ standards throughout projects.

How you keep the engine running with us

As our new Project Manager AMRO in Woensdrecht ,you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of our airframe maintenance projects. You’ll oversee every phase—from planning and budget to technical performance and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you’ll manage a team of professionals working on assigned docks and hangars, ensuring seamless operations and a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Develop and implement a robust operational plan based on customer requirements.
• Set up a well-structured work organization to execute projects efficiently.
