Job summary

Action, headquartered in the Netherlands, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for Supply Chain & commerce to steer a 3-year roadmap and translate it into a yearly domain portfolio. You will work with business leaders to define initiatives, develop roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and coach project managers across multiple functions.

You will bring 10+ years of program management experience, expertise in operations and supply chain, strong MS Office/MS Project skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.
• Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).

Your Daily Actions

As a Program Manager for Supply Chain & commerce , you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation, by developing the 3-annual roadmap, and translate this into the yearly domain portfolio. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

This is You

You’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in organizational change. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:

• A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.
• Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).

Nice to have: Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices.
