• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Minimum 2 years in international education or related fields.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to work with diverse identities.
• Experience living or working abroad.
• Authorization to work in the location.
• Knowledge of the US university educational system.

• Lead and develop direct reports, driving high performance and growth.
• Oversee program delivery for semester, summer, and custom programs with operational excellence.
• Manage student services, housing, and safety in Amsterdam.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local academic institutions.
