Job summary

Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de nabehandeling van producten van diverse ferrose en non-ferrose materialen. Je voert zelfstandig anodiseren en oppervlaktebehandelingen uit op de geleverde producten volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.

Je werkt met moderne productieapparatuur binnen de afdeling oppervlaktebehandeling. Je bereidt onderdelen voor, controleert materialen voor de coating en stemt werkzaamheden af met collega’s binnen het team.

Qualifications

• VMBO-niveau opleiding; een diploma is een plus.
• Affiniteit met technologie en technische processen.
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
• Teamspeler met nauwkeurige motoriek.
• Flexibel en bereid tot wisselende diensten.
• Kan werkopdrachten lezen en begrijpen.
• Beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van behandelingen op materialen en producten volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Voorbereiden en bevestigen van onderdelen volgens de verstrekte instructies.
• Materialen controleren voordat de coating wordt toegepast.
• Snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en opdrachten.
• Bedienen en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de anodiseer-badlijn.
• Tussentijdse controles uitvoeren op dikte en specificaties.
• Onderdelen reinigen en afblazen.
• Werk coördineren met collega's binnen het team.

For our client, a specialist in surface treatments for various metal types, we are looking for a motivated Anodizer. In this role, you will independently carry out anodizing and surface treatments on supplied products according to drawings and/or work instructions. You will work with modern production equipment and tools within the Surface Treatment department. About Our Client Our client is a leading company specialized in post-treatment of products made from various ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Their services include anodizing, hard anodizing, etching, passivation, chromating, and cleanroom cleaning and packaging. With multiple modern locations, including a new facility at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven, the company continues to grow and innovate.

Wat ga je doen?

• Independently performing treatments on materials and products based on drawings and work order specifications.
• Preparing and clamping parts according to supplied instructions.
• Inspecting materials before the coating process is applied.
• Flexibly switching between different tasks and assignments.
• Operating and taking responsibility for the anodizing bath line.
• Carrying out interim checks to ensure the product meets the required coating thickness and that the process follows all specifications.
• Cleaning and blowing off parts correctly.
• Coordinating work with colleagues within the team.
