Job summary

Bij Wulms Egg Group wordt u als Production Team Leader verantwoordelijk voor een vloeiend, veilig en efficiënt productieproces op de werkvloer. U geeft direct leiding aan het team en zet dagelijkse operationele taken om naar concrete verbeteringen.

U werkt nauw samen met de Production Manager, houdt toezicht op kwaliteit en veiligheid volgens HACCP/BRC-standaarden, en zoekt continu naar procesverbeteringen om efficiëntie te verhogen en productie-outputs te optimaliseren.

Qualifications

• Leadership work experience or strong natural leadership skills
• Technical insight and experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards, with experience working in the food industry sector
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and provide daily guidance and support to the production team
• Monitor production processes and quickly respond to malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues
• Actively participate in operational production activities on the work floor
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards, including HACCP regulations
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency optimization, and report production results to the Production Manager

As a ProductionTeam Leader at Wulms Egg Group, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient production process while working closely with your team on the production floor.
