Job summary

Booston.io in Nederland zoekt een Quality Control Officer die toezicht houdt op productkwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving tijdens het productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met laboratorium, QA en productie en identificeert verbeterkansen.

Je registreert productstromen, signaleert afwijkingen en ondersteunt continue verbeteringen en hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen. Een dynamische, professionele werkomgeving met lange termijn mogelijkheden en passende beloning.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO niveau in Voedseltechnologie of gerelateerd vakgebied.
• Beheersen van HACCP, BRC, IFS of GMP kwaliteitsnormen.
• Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en proactieve aanpak met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
• Ervaring in een voedingsproductieomgeving.

Responsibilities

• Bewaken en controleren van product- en proceskwaliteit, inclusief monstername en evaluatie van testresultaten.
• Zorg voor volledige product traceerbaarheid door registratie van productstromen tot aan levering aan klant.
• Identificeer kwaliteitsafwijkingen en geef duidelijke aanbevelingen ter ondersteuning van corrigerende acties.
• Ondersteun continue verbetering en naleving door handhaven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

Over de functie

As a Quality Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety and compliance throughout the production process. Working closely with laboratory, QA and production teams, you help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building efficient, reliable and high-quality processes.

• Monitor and control product and process quality, including sample preparation, laboratory coordination and evaluation of test results
• Ensure full product traceability by accurately registering and monitoring product flows from receipt through to customer delivery
• Identify and communicate quality deviations in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations and supporting corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and compliance by maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards and contributing to process, system and product development

Wat wij vragen

• MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably in Food Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in Dutch language and English language as well
• Experience in a food production environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS or GMP quality standards
• Accurate, structured and proactive approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
