Job summary

Panda International in Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking a Production Support Logistics Operator to join our GMP manufacturing team. This hands‑on role ensures materials and equipment are available when needed and that production areas stay clean, organized, and compliant.

You will stage, disinfect, restock, and decontaminate while following GMP, quality, and safety procedures. The position is fully on‑site with a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Are you looking to develop your career within pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics? We are seeking a Production Support Logistics Operator to join a GMP manufacturing team in Geleen.

In this hands‑on position, you will play an essential role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed and production areas remain clean, organized, and compliant. You will perform critical activities such as material staging, disinfection, cleaning, restocking, and decontamination while following strict GMP, quality, and safety procedures.

This is a fully site‑based position within a rotating shift schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations within a GMP production environment.
• Stage, prepare, disinfect, and restock materials required for production.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and ready for manufacturing activities.
• Operate decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) chambers.
• Perform cleaning and production support activities according to established procedures.
• Dispose of production waste in accordance with GMP and site requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production support areas.
• Follow GMP requirements, safety procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Report deviations, equipment issues, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure efficient production support.
