Job summary

VistaPrint Venlo is growing and seeks a Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily start-up meetings, align the team around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity. You will coach and develop team members, troubleshoot quality alerts, and collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to keep the production floor safe and efficient. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of shift supervision in high-volume manufacturing, with strong English; Dutch, German, or Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shift supervision in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• English proficiency required; Dutch/German/Polish is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-up meetings focused on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Productivity).
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes and technical challenges on the floor.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to keep production safe, organized and efficient.

What You Will Do

You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include:

Lead the Shift:Drive daily start-up meetings centered onSQDCP(Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity) to keep your team aligned.

Coach & Develop:Empower your team members, providing the feedback and training they need to excel.

Solve Problems:Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts, process changes, and technical challenges.

Collaborate:Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized, safe, and efficient.

Nice to Have

A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO+ level or equivalent)

Practical experience in Operations Management and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
