Job summary

NTS in Eindhoven is seeking a Production Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring a reliable and efficient production process. You will collaborate closely with project leaders and engineers to solve production issues and enhance process efficiency.

This position calls for a motivated individual with a background in mechanical engineering or a related field and experience in high-tech settings. The role offers competitive salaries and ample vacation days.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a production or engineering environment, preferably within high-tech or precision engineering.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to switch between the work floor and technical alignment.
• Knowledge of Lean, 8D, and root cause analysis; Green Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line production support and intervene in case of issues.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve production efficiency.
• Develop and optimize tooling, including 3D-printed solutions.
• Manage changes through the Change Control Board.
• Analyze and solve problems with 8D and root cause analysis.
