Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking Production Support workers for roles in a GMP-regulated production area in the Netherlands. You will ensure materials, equipment, and cleanrooms are sterile and ready for production, coordinate material flow between manufacturing areas, and support daily operations with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• MBO degree in a technical, scientific, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, biotech, pharma, food or another regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Interest in science, healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Eager to learn GMP processes and cleanroom procedures.
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
• Flexible and willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring materials, equipment, and cleanrooms are sterilized and ready for production.
• Coordinating the flow of materials between different manufacturing areas.
• Performing cleanroom cleaning and preparation activities.
• Carrying out checks to maintain production readiness and compliance.
• Supporting manufacturing teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Reporting quality issues, deviations, and process irregularities.
• Maintaining accurate GMP documentation.
