Job summary

Jobster in Breda zoekt een packaging operator die bijdraagt aan de efficiënte productie van geliefde snoepmerken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en bedienen van lijnen, controleert kwaliteit en pakt kleine technische issues aan.

Je werkt in een drieploegendienst, krijgt een salaris tussen €3.500 en €3.700 per maand, 25 vakantiedagen en een 8% vakantietoeslag. Er is uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in verpakkingsprocessen.
• Interesse in technologie en procesoptimalisatie.
• Nauwkeurig, fysiek actief en technisch vaardig.
• Volledige beschikbaarheid in een drie-shiftsysteem.
• Vlot in Nederlands en/of Engels, met eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Zet productie lijnen op volgens specificaties.
• Voer kwaliteitscontroles uit en bewaak hoge standaarden.
• Los kleine technische storingen op en voorkom stilstand.
• Draag bij aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie.
• Werk in een drieploegendienst met afwisselende taken.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
