Job summary

Jobster in Breda zoekt een enthousiaste verpakkingsoperator die productie lijnen opstart en bewaakt in een moderne confectionery fabriek. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, verhelpt kleine technische storingen en levert tijdig materiaal aan om downtime te voorkomen.

Je werkt in een drieploegendienst en krijgt kans op doorgroei tot Allround Packaging Operator, met onboarding en ondersteuning bij professionele ontwikkeling. Een vast dienstverband behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur verpakkingsoperator.
• Interesse in het verpakkingsproces en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
• Nauwkeurig, technisch ingesteld en fysiek actief.
• Fulltime beschikbaar in een drieploegendienst.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Eigen vervoer om naar het werk te komen.

Responsibilities

• Stel de productie lijnen in volgens de specificaties.
• Bewak het productieproces en voer kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en tijdig aanvullen van materialen.
• Draag bij aan procesoptimalisatie en productieverbeteringen.
• Werk in een drieploegendienst (ochtend/middag/nacht).

As a packaging operator, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes in our modern confectionery factory in Breda. You make sure the production lines are set up correctly, monitor the process, and intervene in case of minor malfunctions. With your technical insight and accuracy, you contribute to an efficient and safe working environment.

You will also have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills and actively contribute ideas for process improvements.

What you will do:

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and carry out quality checks.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process optimization and production improvements.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Salary between €3,500 and €3,700 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role in a three-shift system.

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

• Own transport to come to the work.
