Job summary

Start People zoekt een operator voor verpakkingslijnen in Breda. Je setup en bediening van lijnen zorgt voor efficiënte productie, met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Daarnaast los je kleine technische storingen op en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen. De functie vereist betrokkenheid bij drie ploegendienst en vloeiend Nederlands en/of Engels, met eigen vervoer.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in verpakkingsprocessen.
• Interesse in technologie en procesoptimalisatie.
• Nauwkeurig, fysiek actief en technisch onderlegd.
• Volledige beschikbaarheid in een drieploegensysteem.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en/of Engels, met eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Stel de productielijnen in en bedien ze volgens de specificaties.
• Bewaar het productieproces en voer kwaliteitscontroles uit.
• Los kleine technische problemen op en voorkom downtime door tijdig bevoorrading.
• Draag bij aan procesoptimalisatie en verbeteringen voor efficiëntie.
• Werk in een drieploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht) met een afwisselende werkdag.

As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
