Job summary

Start People in Breda zoekt een ervaren packaging operator om bij te dragen aan de efficiënte productie van onze candy-merken in een moderne fabriek. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en bedienen van productielijnen, het waarborgen van kwaliteit en het oplossen van lichte technische vraagstukken.

Het betreft een fulltime functie in een drieploegendienst met 25 vakantiedagen en een 8% vakantietoeslag.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in verpakkingsprocessen.
• Interesse in technologie en procesoptimalisatie.
• Accuraatheid, fysiek actief en technisch vaardig.
• Fulltime beschikbaar in een drieploegendienst.
• Beheerst Nederlands en/of Engels, met eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Line opzetten en bedienen volgens de specificaties.
• Proces bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.
• Kleine technische problemen oplossen en stilstand voorkomen door tijdig grondstoffen aan te vullen.
• Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en verbeteringen voorstellen.
• Drieploegendienst (ochtend, middag, nacht) met afwisselende werkdagen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

• Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three‑shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.
