Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator in productie- of verpakkingsomgeving.
• Sterke technische vaardigheden en storingen oplossen.
• Fysiek actief en graag met handen werken.
• Engels lezen/schrijven/spreken.
• Woonachtig in Tilburg of in de buurt.

Responsibilities

As a Packaging Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the packaging process runs efficiently, solving machine issues, and maintaining high-quality production standards. You will work full-time in a 3-shift system and receive a starting salary of €3,200 gross per month, including shift allowance.

• A starting gross monthly salary of €3200,- including a 21,5% shift allowance;
• Salary increase within the first six months to €3373,-gross including allowance;
• After completing the full training, you will earn €3400,- gross including allowance within the first year;
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours in a 3-shift system;

• 8% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave;

Functieomschrijving

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting packaging lines. You will ensure that the machines run efficiently and intervene whenever technical issues occur. You will set up machines correctly, monitor the production process, and carry out quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

In addition, you will contribute ideas to improve production processes and work closely with your colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on the machines are also part of your daily responsibilities.

• Experience as an Operator in a production or packaging environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to operate machines independently and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
• You enjoy working with your hands and being physically active;

• You can speak, write, and read in English;
