Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Data-driven mindset to translate performance metrics into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all daily production activities across multiple lines and shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and operational efficiency standards.
• Drive performance improvements via KPI management and data-driven decisions.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing levels and capacity.

In this role as Production Manager a.i. you will:

• Lead and coordinate all daily production activities across multiple production lines and shifts.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

For this role as Production Manager a.i.

• HBO/Bachelor-level working and thinking capability.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong people management skills and a proven ability to lead through others.
• Experience with operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, or similar.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance within production environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where balancing short-term operational demands with long-term improvements is essential.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable
