Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Data-driven mindset to translate performance metrics into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all daily production activities across multiple lines and shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance and operational efficiency standards.
• Drive performance improvements via KPI management and data-driven decisions.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing levels and capacity.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing production leadership team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead improvement projects focused on productivity, process stability, waste reduction and cost optimization.
• Foster accountability, ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement.
