Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and installation of pipelines, is seeking a proactive Production Team Leader to join their facility in Sliedrecht. This role offers the chance to drive process improvements, optimize production, and lead a dedicated team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of production professionals (10 people), ensuring high-quality hydraulic piping is delivered on time.
• Oversee production planning and coordination, including technical drawings, CNC programming, and material management.
• Collaborate with engineering, work preparation, and sales to optimize production methods and project execution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions with your team.
• Roll up your sleeves and contribute directly when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong delegation and motivational skills.
• A relevant technical education (mechanical engineering, maritime technology, shipbuilding, or a similar field).
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch; English is an advantage.
