Job summary

Rise Technical seeks a Production Leader for a brand-new European facility in Almere, Flevoland. The role covers end-to-end production, warehouse, fulfilment and dispatch, with real ownership as the site scales to 100 staff over 5 years.

You will build and coach a production team, own capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with quality/compliance, supply chain, engineering and customer services to ensure delivery, quality and regulatory compliance (GMP/H&S).

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a regulated environment (pharma, food, consumer or similar).
• Experience working in teams and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders.
• Professional English and Dutch language skills.
• Willingness and ability to commute to Almere.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production, warehouse, fulfilment and dispatch performance.
• Build, coach and manage the production team in a hands-on leadership role.
• Own capacity planning, continuous improvement and performance metrics (SLA, labour efficiency).
• Drive quality and compliance standards (GMP/H&S) with the Quality team.
• Site-based role in Almere, Monday to Friday (40 hours).

Are you a Production Leader from a regulated manufacturing background looking to step into a senior, site-leading role that will grow with you as the operation scales?

Do you want the chance to take ownership of end-to-end production in a brand-new facility, with structured onboarding at their flagship international Head Office site and close support as you build processes, teams, and performance from the ground up?

In this role you will be accountable for goods-in and stock control through to batch manufacturing, order fulfilment, and dispatch. You’ll own capacity and resource planning, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams (supply chain, engineering, quality/compliance, customer services and tech) to ensure delivery, quality and regulatory compliance (e.g. H&S / GMP).

This is an excellent opportunity for a production leader who wants real ownership, clear progression as the site grows, and the backing to develop into a true Head of Production role.
